Karine Ohanian is a passionate Health Promoter of four years. She holds a Bachelor of Public Health from Brock University and a Master of Science in Global Health from McMaster University. While her career has centered on health promotion, she has a deep love for the outdoors, environment, and conservation. In her free time, she enjoys biking, hiking, camping, basically any activity that involves being outside! She also loves to volunteer across the Niagara Region with organizations like NPCA and the Bruce Trail Conservancy, participating in tree planting and other environmental efforts. She is excited to be a part of the Land Care Niagara Volunteer Corps to gain hands-on experience in the environmental field, learn from like-minded peers, and contribute to local conservation efforts!
